$150,000 over 12 months

Delivering improved infrastructure with a $27,700 grant over 1 month to renovate the community centre to make it accessible for seniors residents in Opasatika. Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative is helping people who are isolated have connections in their community, and has an impact on the lives of 40 people in the community.

$737,200 over 36 months
Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $737,200 grant over 36 months to hire staff to prepare a Land Use Plan and related policies for environmental conservation. Encouraging people to support a healthy and sustainable environment, this initiative is helping conservation and restoration efforts be better planned and more sustainable, and has an impact on the lives of 1,700 people in the community.
Township of Hornepayne
$12,600 over 12 months
Delivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $12,600 grant over 12 months to launch an injury prevention and group exercise program for seniors to improve mobility and longevity. Fostering more active lifestyles, this initiative is helping Ontarians participate in an active lifestyle, and has an impact on the lives of 70 people in the community.
